New York, New York
Midtown Manhattan and the infamous Sarge's deli
Hello there, it's been a while.
After a five year hiatus, in the middle of social isolation, I have found comfort in reading blogs and have been yearning to pursue blogging once again.
I have since quit my job and moved to New York and like any other major change in life it brought upon us new challenges, ones to settle down and adapt to completely new routines. We have spent the first month in Mid Town, exploring a few neighbourhoods to identify where we would be best suited for and ended up choosing a studio on the Upper East Side. Moving from a three storey house to a small studio has undoubtedly required us to adapt accordingly but I couldn't be happier in this neighbourhood and my building. I love its history and the ease of its location.
In the coming posts I will be sharing my experience in moving to the City, decorating our Studio and adapting to the New York minute.
